Because each order is custom-made just for you, we’re not able to accept returns. That said, your happiness matters to us—so if something’s not right, please reach out!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your magnets arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing studio706shop@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We’re happy to replace the item at no cost, or offer a refund if preferred.

We want you to be thrilled with your magnets. If you’re truly unhappy with your order for any reason, please email us at studio706shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. While we can't accept returns, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and do our best to make it right.
